The JPMorgan Chase project team will design and deliver a real-time digital dashboard to track loan activity on three client-facing portals. The dashboard will provide highly valuable data for the product owner business team, customer servicing representatives, and the CLP Digital technology team. All team members will become JPMC Summer Interns based in Jersey City, NJ.
Abstract:
As we look to further expand services and digital adoption, there is an increasing need for aggregated and organized information to support timely, strategic decision-making. The Commercial Loan Portal team requires a central application / dashboard where we can monitor key indicators to track real-time usage and support strategic decision making. There is currently a need to aggregate three Digital External Customer Portals (i.e., Chase Connect, JPM Access, JPM Online). The current monitoring process is cumbersome and does not meet the needs of client-facing digital application. The new application will provide data in real-time, in one location, where it can easily support trending analysis to help troubleshoot possible problem areas and help our overall DevOps effectiveness.

Todd Ippen
Executive Director, Wholesale Loan TechnologyTodd is based in Chicago, Illinois and has been with the firm for over 21 years portraying many roles from application development to multi-year program management involving architecture required to support numerous lines of businesses and products. Mr. Ippen was responsible for the technical build and roll-out of the firm’s strategic loan platform to international countries in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. In addition, Mr. Ippen is responsible for the architectural design and build-out of a new global loan collateral tracking application. Outside of his day-to-day activities, Mr. Ippen is the JP Morgan Captain for University of Michigan recruiting and is a member of two Chicago Technology Operating Committee (CTOC) Work streams (Recruiting & Global Innovation. In his free time, Mr. Ippen enjoys spending time with his wife and two children travelling, boating, skiing, and attending various sporting activities.

Douglas Moore
Douglas Moore is a Product Manager at Ford Mobility. Doug has more than 25 years experience in software development and complex program delivery. His most recent focus has been developing new mobility products and services for Ford Motor Company. He has led an innovation team exploring an integrated portfolio of mobility solutions for city customers and previously led the development of Ford Mobility’s Dynamic Shuttle technology platform (GoRide). Prior to that, Doug leveraged his extensive experience in program management to lead an initiative in the Ford Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) on the adoption of agile delivery practices.Doug joined the Center for Entrepreneurship in 2020 as a TechLab instructor. He holds a BS degree in Electrical and Computer Science from the University of Buffalo and earned an MS in Computer and Information Science from U-M Dearborn. Doug has previously served as a Lecturer in Computer Science at U-M Dearborn.
